We provide the following services:

• Notarization of documents.
• Apostille processing for documents intended for international use.
• Document authentication services.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the documents provided for our services.
• Verifying that the documents meet the requirements of the intended recipient or country.
• Providing all required information, including identification and payment details, to complete the requested service.

• We do not guarantee the acceptance of apostilled or notarized documents by foreign governments, agencies, or entities.
• Our service is limited to facilitating the apostille process and notarization as required by state laws. It is your responsibility to confirm document acceptance with the recipient.

• All service fees must be paid in full before processing begins.
• Fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
• Additional fees may apply for expedited processing, shipping, or errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

• Return shipping fees are not included in our base service rates. You may provide a prepaid return shipping label or pay for return shipping during the service request process.
• We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers.

• Refunds are not provided for services already rendered or in progress.
• Cancellations requested before processing begins may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative fees.
• Errors in notarization or apostille processing caused by us will be corrected at no additional charge but travel will be charged.

• We take reasonable steps to ensure the security of your documents while in our possession.
• We are not liable for loss or damage caused by third-party services, including shipping providers.

• We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Our services are limited to notary and apostille facilitation only.
• Any advice or information provided is for general purposes and should not be considered legal guidance.

• We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
• Our total liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the total amount paid for the services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
